Current availability

The nature collection shows existing digital models. Physical samples are pending; images are rendered previews, not photographs of finished prints. We are accepting inquiries. Physical and digital purchases are not open.

Inquiries and quotes

A submitted request is an inquiry, not an accepted order. Before taking payment, we confirm the seller, production partner where relevant, exact design, proof, quantity, materials, finish, complete price, shipping, tax and delivery timing. Changed specifications need a new quote and approval.

Future orders

CooperLux will support orders placed here. The final quote will state payment terms, included corrections, cancellation terms and remedies for defects or a delivery that differs from the accepted proof. Any separate parcels will be disclosed before payment. Contact [email protected] about a request. These terms do not waive applicable consumer rights.

Printable files

No downloadable model package is currently offered for purchase. Each release will identify its included files, instructions, credits and license before payment. Viewing a preview does not grant a license to redistribute model files. Customer artwork remains the customer’s and is never added to our collection automatically.

Privacy

We collect your email, request, quantity and selected design to respond to your inquiry. Unconverted inquiries are retained for 30 days. Accepted order, payment and tax records are retained as needed for fulfillment and recordkeeping. We share only the information a named production partner needs. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Choices and draft inquiry text are kept in this browser tab’s session storage. Closing the tab clears this storage in ordinary browser use. Payment details, when orders open, will be entered on the payment provider’s hosted page.
